Welcome to Muze. This website is operated by Inspo Brands (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or purchasing our products. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Use of the Website

1.1. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

1.2. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

1.3. Inspo Brands (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Orders and Payment

2.1. All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

2.2. We offer a unique 50/50 payment option:

• A 50% deposit is payable at checkout to confirm your custom order.
• The remaining 50% is due before delivery or collection once your order is complete.

2.3. Full payment (including the balance) must be received before delivery. If the final payment is not received within 30 days of completion, we reserve the right to cancel the order and retain the deposit.

2.4. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Lead Times and Delivery

3.1. Muze furniture is made to order. Our standard lead time is approximately 4 weeks from payment of the initial deposit. This is an estimate and may vary based on order volume, fabric availability, or external factors.

3.2. Delivery is available throughout South Africa. Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout or communicated prior to dispatch.

3.3. Inspo Brands (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control.

4. Returns and Cancellations

4.1. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.

4.2. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

4.3. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (South Africa) remain unaffected.

5. Product Information and Customisation

5.1. Every Muze piece is custom-made. Product images, fabric colours, and finishes displayed on the site are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly due to screen settings, material variation, and craftsmanship.

5.2. We are happy to assist with fabric swatches and specification details before ordering.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content on this website — including text, logos, designs, images, and 3D model files — is the property of Inspo Brands (Pty) Ltd and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.

6.2. Trade Program participants may use 3D model assets solely for project visualisation and specification purposes. Commercial resale or redistribution of assets is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability and Warranty

7.1. All Muze frames are covered by a Lifetime Structural Guarantee against defects in workmanship and materials under normal residential use.

7.2. Upholstery, fabrics, and finishes carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects but are not covered for wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.

7.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspo Brands (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, damage, or injury arising out of the use or inability to use our products or website.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8.2. We do not store credit card details and all payment processing is handled securely via our third-party providers (e.g., Ozow).

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
