At Muze, dispatch and delivery are two distinct stages in your order journey:
- Dispatch: This is when your custom piece leaves our Cape Town factory with one of our trusted logistics partners.
- Delivery: This is when your furniture arrives safely at your home or project site.
Our standard dispatch lead time is 4 weeks — this is the time required to manufacture your order to your exact specifications. Once complete, we hand your order over to our delivery team and the delivery lead time begins.
